Overview

I drive design for multiple features within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization product, I am responsible for the design and implementation of key functionalities that enhance the personalization capabilities for our users.

My focus areas include:

  1. Reusable Custom Events: I design the infrastructure and user interfaces for creating and managing custom events that can be reused across different use cases.
  2. Experimentation: I lead discovery, vision, and the design of experimentation tools that allow marketers to run A/B tests and other types of experiments to optimize personalization strategies. This includes designing interfaces for setting up experiments, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing results to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Attribution: I design attribution configuration that help marketers understand the impact of their personalization efforts across different channels and touchpoints.
  4. Analytics: I design comprehensive analytics tools that provide insights into effectiveness of the personalization services platform.

My role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure that the features I design are technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with our overall product vision. By focusing on these key areas, I aim to empower marketers with the tools they need to deliver highly personalized and effective experiences.
