Currently, I am training to be a manager through the Salesforce Accelerate Program while also championing Usertesting.com & the power of usability testing as an ambassador for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. On the design front, I am driving user experience design for multiple features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, including reusable Custom Events, Experimentation, Attribution, and Analytics.
Recently, I've been at the forefront of designing and shipping Data Stories in Tableau and playing a pivotal role in developing Tableau Pulse.
Throughout my career, I have helped multiple startups realize the true value of user-centered design and usability research-based design processes. I've successfully led design initiatives for various products, including e-commerce experiences and personalization features for a Natural-Language Generation (NLG) product.
